SYRCL announces new 5-year plan

It's always inspiring to see what other area organizations are doing to better our communities natural resources, especially the forward-thinking leaders over at SYRCL - The South Yuba River Citizens League! A big part of the YTS mission is working with other local stakeholders in helping to steward our community's trails.
